Here at Hertford Partners, we provide restructuring support services to companies and their stakeholders in businesses facing financial challenges. These services range from full, hands-on turnaround management of companies or projects through to acting on boards as non-executive directors. They include support in complex restructurings and refinancings, as well as providing a service for the nitty-gritty of daily cashflow management. Our aim is to provide a flexible service to meet your needs. As a team, we have worked with most UK and European banks and more recently with US and UK hedge funds and private equity providers. As a result, we are highly regarded for the quality of our results. We are often introduced by the major accountancy firms’ business support teams for whom we are turnaround panel members.
