Simon Lake
Simon’s background is in finance, working in industry and commerce for divisions of GEC and RMC. Having been fortunate to gain turnaround experience whilst FC of a struggling company, he subsequently left to work independently in this area, and has been doing so successfully since 2001. Simon has taken FD roles in client companies but will typically work to support incumbent management through difficult times where appropriate. Simon is a member of the Institute for Turnaround.
Graham Parcell
Graham has successfully worked in operational turnaround in sectors as diverse as real estate, logistics, leisure and restaurants, and infrastructure. He acts as a main board director for financial stakeholders in such positions as Lender NED and Chairman and has been involved in a number of larger restructuring and refinancing situations. As part of this, he has also undertaken roles involving complex situational management with multiple stakeholder and lender groups. An experienced turnaround director, he also takes on operational roles as Interim CEO or CRO.
Bob Wiggins
Bob is experienced in general management supported by a background in finance. He has spent many years in Chief Executive and MD roles often having been appointed to executive roles in financially challenged businesses. He now predominantly works with incumbent business owners, chairmen and chief executives to provide support and guidance to improve relations with financial backers and to resolve the financial pressures that are obstacles to future business success. Bob is a board member of the Institute for Turnaround, a professional body with strict professional and operational codes of practice.
